BOGA at COP30

The outcomes of the first Global Stocktake delivered a historic achievement, with the first agreement to deliver a just, orderly and equitable transition away from fossil fuels. Two years on, progress is being made, and the enabling conditions for the transition are being established. The transition away from oil and gas is inevitable. 

Governments are beginning to reflect this in their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) towards the goals of the Paris Agreement, but much more can be done. COP30 can address this.
